Ferries
The car ferry to the north end of Vashon goes from the Fauntleroy ferry dock in West Seattle to the north Vashon ferry dock. It is about a 20 minute trip. The Tacoma car ferry at the south end (Talequah) leaves from Pt. Defiance Park in Tacoma, and is approximately a 15 minute trip.
